At this time, SP Tools USA ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States via UPS. For international shipments, please call us at 855-839-2626 option 2 to be provided a quote for freight. All orders over $300 via UPS will receive free shipping. In circumstances where the shipping weight is over 150 lbs, SP Tools USA may contact the customer via email or phone to confirm shipping methods and payments. By ordering, the customer acknowledges their responsibility for the product once a shipping agency has their product. Our daily order cut-off time is 11 am (CST) for same-day order processing, but we will try our best to process all orders before 4 pm (CST) on the same day. Since many of our products take several hours to install, license, configure, test, pack, and ship, we will try to ship items as quickly as possible.
