SP Tools USA Tool Storage - Limited Lifetime Warranty

SP Tools USA toolboxes are warranted against defects in manufacturing and faulty materials. This coverage includes all structural components, slides, and casters.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Overloading
• Abuse or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

SP Toolboxes are intended for use in a workshop environment unless otherwise specified. Use in mobile applications is not covered unless the toolbox is specifically designed for mobile use.

SP Hand Tools - Lifetime Warranty

SP Hand Tools are covered against manufacturing defects or faulty materials. This warranty does not cover overloading, abuse, misuse, and normal wear and tear. All SP Hand Tools are designed and manufactured for specific purposes, and if not used for that intended purpose they will not be covered by the lifetime warranty. Tools that fail due to manufacturing defects or faults may be returned to an SP USA Hand Tool authorized dealer for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of SP Tools USA All measuring equipment (12-month warranty), battery-operated wrenches (24-month warranty), striking and cutting tools, and batteries (6-month warranty).

SP Automotive Specialty Tools - 12 Month Warranty

SP USA Automotive Specialty Tools are covered against manufacturing defects or faulty materials. This warranty does not cover overloading, abuse, misuse, and normal wear and tear. All SP Automotive Specialty Tools are designed and manufactured for specific purposes, and if not used for that intended purpose, they will not be covered by the 12-month warranty. Tools that fail due to manufacturing defects or faults may be returned to an SP USA Automotive Specialty Tool authorized Distributor for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of SP Tools USA.

SP Air Tools - 12 Month Warranty

SP USA Air Tools are warranted for 12 months, from the date of sale to the end user. This warranty covers faulty workmanship and materials only. Such accessories as pads, blades, retainer springs, chisels, chucks or any other such attachments are not included. Products which are being claimed for warranty are to be returned to SP Tools USA with freight prepaid with your name address, adequate proof of date of purchase and a short description of the defect. This warranty does not apply to products which have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other than an SP Tools appointed repair agent. SP Tools's sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The decision to repair or replace remains solely at the discretion of SP Tools USA only, and the repairs or replacements are warranted as described above for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any warranty repairs are limited to the warranty fault identified and as such will not include any other faults due to misuse, abuse, failure to maintain, fair wear and tear or the replacement of serviceable items.
